Family Funday at Sapley Playing Fields Huntingdon

Saturday August 27^th 2022 will be the first of many annual events that we at BRoW4CIC (will be organising for the community.

The aim of this event is to bring all the community together, no matter what colour, race, gender, disability, or ability. To make new friends and see some old.

At this event we are proud to announce that we have live music for everyone to dance and listen to, so please bring a chair and blankets with you. We have many stalls selling their merchandise, plus information stalls. These stalls are companies who are advertising vacancies at their establishments, plus we will be having the Army Navy and RAF attending to recruit cadets.

There will also be catering and children’s entertainment at this event.

The Army have offered to be our volunteers as well on the day, looking after everyone who comes to this event.

Pitches are £15.00 per 4meter x 4meter area

If you are catering which includes anything that you can eat, drink, lick or slurp Pitches are £20.00 + 20% of your profits, or £40.00 +donation.

Children’s entertainment including Facepainter, Inflatables, all fairground attractions. is £25.00 +20% of your profits or £45.00 + donation.

The field at Sapley Playing Field will cost £250.00 to hire

Security £216.00

PA and all sound equipment £480.00

Insurance £250.00

Bands fuel £50.00 each.

Mobile toilets for Sapley Playing fields £780.00 inc VAT

Banners and Flyers £200.00

We are encouraging everyone to try to Bike Run or Walk with or without their 4-legged friends to this event.
