- Security £216.00 per event
- PA and all sound equipment £480.00 per event
- Insurance £250.00
- Bands fuel £50.00 each. per event
- Mobile toilets for Sapley Playing fields £780.00 inc VAT
- Medical Cover £544.50 per event
